This dog was dumped on my road a few weeks ago. He looked starved and was dehydrated. I've been giving him food and water but unfortunately I cannot keep him because I already have 5 dogs. All the shelters are full and rescue/fosters are not accepting any more animals. He's the sweetest and seems to have separation anxiety.
