Waldo is a terrier / greyhound mix and extremely smart! Waldo gets along with most dogs, but no cats please! Waldo is about 4 years old. Waldo has been at the shelter longer than any other dog and still hasn't found a home. He watches as people walk by his kennel but never stop.
