About Balto

VIDEO INCLUDED: We are looking for a foster, a foster to adopt or better yet an adopter for this sweet boy- Balto. He is very handsome and unique looking. Balto is a Shepard/Saluki mix. He is about 2 years old. Friendly is his middle name. What a lover!! He didn't even know us and he was hugging and giving us kisses. I think he thought he was a lap dog. And he is not reactive to other dogs. He comes from a very sad situation. His owner had a psychotic break and was taken to the mental hospital and Balto was taken to the shelter. She has a history of mental illness and can no longer care for Balto. A neighbor got Balto out of the Apple Valley shelter and is now at a boarding facility. He needs out of there ASAP.
