About BERNARD

Meet BERNARD (courtesy post)! BERNARD is a stunning Shepherd/Husky mix, about 2 years old and weighs 90 lbs. BERNARD is fully potty trained and rings a 'bell' at the door to let you know when he needs to go out! He knows basic commands, is neutered and up to date on all vetting. BERNARD is GREAT with other dogs and in addition to having playdates with other dogs, he also regularly attends doggie daycare. BERNARD is very sensitive to his environment and feeds off the energy of his loved ones. So while his family absolutely loves him, they have recognized that their home is not the best fit for him. There are small children in the home, which in turn makes BERNARD anxious and on edge. BERNARD would be much better suited in a home where he has a leader, routine and structure. There is no rescue adoption fee, but there will be a small rehoming fee to help ensure he is placed responsibly.
