About Casper

Casper is an approximate 14 yo mixed breed that found himself at a high kill California animal shelter as a stray. He does have some arthritis as you would expect but he loves going for walks, car rides and hanging with his person. He has been around large and small breeds, cats/kittens. We do not recommend a home with young children just because if they do something to pick him up or otherwise, he does have arthritis so it's important that he is handled appropriately. Everybody loves this little guy, and he puts a smile on everybody's face.
