Cockapoo
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

Please read his biography below all the way through to learn what he needs in a home placement and how to apply. Name: Simba Age: DOB: 08/02/2021 Sex: Male, neutered Breed: Cock-a-Poo, Purebred Weight: 20 lbs Housebroken: no, unknown Kids: 10 and older Other dogs: Fine with other small/medium sized dogs and he will need to be placed with another dog currently in the home to bond and play with. We are firm on this. Cats: no, unknown Housing: he needs housing with backyard space. Personality: very sweet, but shy and timid since being surrendered. The Breed: Familiarize yourself with the Cock-a-poo. They are a hypo-allergenic dog breed. They will also require daily brushing and grooming will be an extra expense to budget for. Grooming: He has more of a Poodle coat with tighter curls and shorter ears and tail. He will require daily brushing and regular appointments with a groomer. What we know: Where are our Cock-a-poo people!!? Simba was owner surrendered by his breeder who had too many dogs and simply discarded him. He is a very sweet boy, but shy and timid. He is currently in foster care and housebreaking is under way. He is very lovable, but scared and timid since being removed from the only home he has known for the last 2 plus years. We will require that he go into a home that already has another young dog established so he can bond with them. Not as playful as his brother Brownie is. If you are interested in adopting please visit OUR website at www.animalsrule.org and fill out our online application of interest.
