About CELIA.

We had to check to see if Celia had springs in her legs... she doesn't. Celia is a jumper! She is so excited to see people she can't help herself but bounce up and down - around you, into you, on top of you. Doesn't matter! Celia came in with Portia and while Portia is a shy, timid girl, Celia is outgoing, adventurous and full of spunk. Celia doesn't seem to know any commands but takes treats gently and makes great eye contact - particularly when treats are involved. Celia is young and has a zest for all the good things life has to offer. Come show Celia what the good side of life is all about. Come meet her at the CACC shelter in Chicago!
