Torque came to us is a terrible state. He was starved and chained. After groceries, training, and love, he is now a very healthy and happy Bully mix that is looking for the perfect family. He responds well to training and loves everyone he meets. He is a powerful dog and needs an experienced owner. He is on the wait-list for his neuter.
