Meet Poppy, a firecracker personality. Poppy is our late sons dobie we took on a little over a year and half ago when he passed away. Poppy has separation anxiety that we feel has been worse since his passing which is understandable. She tolerates our other 2 dogs, but does not do well with other dogs. Poppy is very reactive, barks at everything, paces, and is always on alert it seems. She is a sweetheart and loves to cuddle too, very velcro when not distracted. Poppy is kennel trained and housebroke. She loves to chew on nylabone toys.and sometimes falls asleep with them in her mouth. We call it her emotional support toy. We feel Poppy may need a home with a very active person, and room to run all her energy off. Someone to take her on hikes and outings. She does great in the car. Poppy just turned 4 years old, up to date on shots, and is not spayed. We are asking a small rehoming fee to ensure a good home and not someone that wants to breed or fight her.
