About Tank-12 mths- Urgent

German Shepherd / White Shepherd
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

Our hearts go out to Tank!! Tank's owner is incarcerated, and the friend supposedly caring for him let Tank out into the street when he could no longer care for him. In an even crueler twist of fate, Tank got hit by a car and landed at the East Valley Animal Shelter. He came in with tire marks on his body. Tank is on pain meds and has some weakness in his left rear leg but is otherwise very sweet-natured and easy to leash up, according to a volunteer who took him for a short walk. We would love to see Tank get out of the shelter, to a vet, and into a loving home. A good Samaritan has offered to cover the cost of some of his veterinary care. Let us know if you can open your heart and home to fostering or adopting Tank. He is at the East Valley Animal Shelter, and his ID is #A2102083. Tank is 53 lbs, 1 yr old, and good with other dogs and people.
