About Clara

Clara is darn near perfect. We knew she was in a home and turned in due to landlord issues. We knew she was wonderful but never had the chance to shine. Clara is now in a foster home and out of a high kill shelter. We just need your help getting her into her forever loving home. She is house trained, crate trained, loves a bath, rides nice in a car, takes treats gently and walks nice on a leash. Clara does best with male dogs and does have a prey drive. Her favorite hobby is looking for squirrels and lizards. While she adores her foster mom we'd love to find a forever home for Clara. Her foster mom is currently overloaded with dogs and sweet Clara is starting to decline. She needs a home with maybe one other dog and we always suggest slow intros. Starting off with baby gates and crate. Going on walks, 10 minute play sessions after a week & allowing the relationship to build.
