About Freckles

This speckled gal is Freckles, a 2 years old Australian Cattledog mix with a cute, naturally stubby tail. She weighs 37 pounds. Freckles is a smart girl who has learned sit and come. She is always watching to see what you want her to do, so she learns quickly. She is also house and crate trained. Click on the red YouTube button to watch her walk and sit. Freckles is a social butterfly. She loves people of all ages and sometimes jumps up to say hi. She will twirl in happy greetings and loves to be pet. She is learning that jumping is rude. Due to that, she isn't a fit for small kids. Freckles is also good with other dogs or all sizes. She likes to play with other dogs. She is also polite around horses. She does love to chase lizards and such so we think she won't be a good match in a home with a cat. Freckles is a ton of fun. She loves to fetch. She also loves other toys and will amuse herself fetching on her own. Freckles is nice on leash and loves car rides, so should be a good adventure partner. She could also be a good dog sports prospect. Her new home should keep her active so she doesn't chew on things in boredom. Freckles has an endearing personality. She is happy and easy going. Her adopter will be lucky to have this girl as a buddy. Freckles is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. She is ready to meet adopters who can meet/adopt in Apple Valley, CA. A home visit and vet reference are required to adopt.
