About Fred

Meet Fred! Fred is just a little puppy so there isn't very much to know about him just yet other than the fact that he is a typical growing pup. Freds mom is an adorable Boston Terrier mix named Lingling. His dad is a handsome devil of a black German Shepherd named Batman. (Photos available upon request.) Both parents are playful and sweet dogs. Lingling and Batman entered Memphis Animal Services together as strays and fortunately both were saved from the shelter's final plea list. Lingling was pregnant with their 12 puppies. After a difficult birth and c-section, sadly only 4 of the precious puppies survived. However, Lingling has been the best mother to Ferd and his siblings. Fred turned 8 weeks old the week of August 28th. Mom and dad weigh 45 and 50 pounds respectively. Therefore, it is anticipated the pups will end up weighing somewhere around this 50-pound weight once they are full grown. Fred has had his first round of shots. A $100 refundable deposit will be required for adoption, which will be refunded once he is neutered. Fred also has a hernia which can be fixed when he is neutered.
