About Winnie

This is something I never thought I would ever have to do. Rehome a family pet. Winnie is a heeler mix. She is about 45 lbs. We have an older pit mix that she loves and grooms daily. We also have a cat that unfortunately she tries to kill daily. She is great with other dogs, not other animals as far as we can tell. She kills a lot of things outside. (Birds, frogs, rats, moles, etc) She loves our family, children and my mom etc. we call her the fun police. She doesn't do well with chaos, rough housing, fighting etc. She would make a great guard dog, farm dog, etc. She has nipped a few people and to the point that we don't have her out of her crate if we have company with small children in the house. She deserves better and the last thing I want is for her to have to be put down for being her. She is spayed and up on all her shots and vaccines. She is 2 years old.
