About Pickles

Warning! Pickles will love bomb you. She will not respect you personal space. She is a velcro dog. She will want to be on you or as close to you as she can possible get, whether you want here to or not! If you are moving pickles somewhere that she does not want to go, like of your lap or in her crate She will become a baby shark or one of the monsters from 'Where the Wild Thinks Are' and thrash around, nashing her terrible teeth! Other than that, Pickles Is a super sweet Dachshund/chihuahua mix. She is young, spunky, energetic little girl who loves to snuggle and give kisses. She has no fear of larger dogs and does not hesitate to show her teeth and give them a growl, which could get her into trouble so she would do better with smaller dogs or cats. She is fine with older children, wiggles and kisses, but might not do well with toddler age due to her small size. Pickles has no respect for your personal space. We have noticed some fear around certain males. She loves her foster dad but may take a little time to warm up to a new man in her life. She has lots of energy so would do best with a fenced in yard. Pickles is up to date on all her shots, spayed and ready for her new family! She is crate trained and uses a puppy pad but will need some work to become totally house broken. She's very smart and catches on quick! If you're looking for a pup to bring you smiles, laughter and love, Pickles is the gal for you!
