Oscar is very smart and very friendly, he was abandoned by his owner. He isn't a picky eater, eats dry dog food with white rice and some fruits. He is border collie with mix of lab or Shepard, he weighs about 85 pounds. Right now he's confined to a small area and only gets around 1 hour of activity a day.
