About Casper + Lil Bit

American Bulldog mix
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

It is VERY URGENT that Casper & Lil Bit move because a pipe burst in the foster home causing significant damage and needing to be gutted so now the house MUST BE VACATED ASAP !!! ---------------- Casper (male) and Lil Bit (female) are both apx 2.5-3 y/o, saved from euthanasia in an overcrowded SC shelter and have been in foster now for a long time. Unfortunately, now they have to move urgently, because the home needs to be vacated ASAP and the foster mom will be staying with relatives. Here's what their foster mom has to say about them: 'These two pups are an amazing pair who have developed a very close bond! I call them my yin-yang duo. They play amazing together and learn from each other! Lil Bit is my sweet angel who always greets me with a hug! She is energetic but also loves to settle down with a good chew toy. She can be protective of her toys, but Casper has learned to let her lead. She's loves attention and getting belly rubs. Casper is suspected to be deaf, but trust me - he doesn't let his deafness slow him down! He is a couch potato and big cuddle bug. His deafness can create a challenge for training but he is so eager to please, he is usually tuned in to my facial expressions and hand gestures learning what you want him to do. He does need a safe place to sleep as he can get startled. He can be protective of his food around other dogs but we worked on this and now he can take treats or eat snacks sitting next to Lil Bit. He is a very loving 'velcro dog' who also happens to love baths! I feel they make the perfect pair as they balance each other out! Lil Bit brings Casper's energy out, and Casper helps Lil Bit calm down - a perfectly balanced complement to one another.' Both are crate-trained and housebroken and they love chew toys. Calm, older children would be best, as well as a fenced yard where they can run and frolic. So, if you or someone you know are interested in adopting this bonded pair. Please contact KENNEDY by email or text at (802)673-9026. { NOTE: Casper & Lil Bit are currently in a foster home where they were rescued. Interested fosters or adopters will be able to speak to their foster mom! Transport will be arranged to northern points }
