About Lizzie

Welcome Elizabeth 'Lizzie' to CCPAL Rescue. Lizzie is a 3.5-year-old Shepherd/Lab mixed dog. She weighs about 80 pounds. She is potty trained, crate trained and good on a leash. She will make a great walking companion for the avid walker. She would be a great companion for a person or family that is more of the quieter family and one that is not the social butterfly type that has people over all the time. Lizzie likes her people and warms up slowly to new people and new situations. She has more of the Shepherd personality when it comes to traits in her behavior. She likes to lay on the couch in her current home and has learned to get along with the other dog. If you are experienced with introducing dogs she could live with another dog. She is a more dominant dog so one that will allow her to be dominant would be the best or she would be fine being the only dog. She would be great for a single or couple that wants a companion and likes to stay home more than go out or have people over for entertainment. She can be with children. We would like them to be 10 or older. The family she is with right now is very social and this isn't the perfect place for Lizzie. We are looking for a quieter home in the Renton, Washington area.
