Bear loves squeaky toys, balls and cuddles. He still thinks he is a small puppy so he will lay directly on your lap for hours. He is potty trained and gets excited to meet other dogs but he is very gentle with other dogs.%BD%A0 He would do amazingly with a family that has a back yard for him to run and play. He doesn't chew or destroy anything that isn't a toy we give to him. When left alone, he doesn't cause a mess or get into anything he shouldn't. He does need someone who can focus on socialization (his previous owner never really took him outside or around people and didn't allow him to play with others) and he needs a little reactivity training because he is scared of new people at first but once a new person gives him a treat he will be their best friend and ask for pets. It takes him about 5-15 min to warm up to a new person then he goes for cuddles. He would never bite a dog or a person the worst he does is bark out of being scared and then run back to us (we tested it with our friends walking into the apartment unannounced and he didn't bite or show any signs he was about to bite; he only barked). He is getting better and has potential to be a perfect dog.
