About Beanie

American Staffordshire Terrier mix
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

Beanie is a beautiful 60 lb. 4 y/o girl who was saved from euthanasia in an over-crowded urban NC shelter. She was emaciated, not spayed, and heartworm positive. We were able to get her out in the nick of time, get her vetted/treated, and into a foster home where she could receive the TLC she needed to again become the vibrant and healthy girl she now is once again. This sweetheart is well-behaved, crate-trained, housebroken, not-destructive, loves to play and cuddle just the same, and she LOVES other dogs. She also is fine with cats in the home (but she will chase if they run). And now that she is healthy again, she is a strong girl and she does pull hard on the leash so she will need to continue working on her leash-walking skills. A fenced yard where she can run and romp and play with a fursibling would be ideal! All in all, this is one fantastic girl who will make a fabulous addition to any family! So, if you or someone you know are interested in adopting Beanie. Please contact KENNEDY by email or text at (802)673-9026. NOTE: Beanie is currently being fostered in the South. Transport will be scheduled for her to be brought to the Northeastern states for serious adopters only.
