He's athletic in that he is quite proficient at fetching and enjoys the climbing equipment. Parker needs a good-sized yard with a secure fence. He's curious and alert and seems to like looking over the wall into the field and parking lot to see if there was anything of interest to observe. He is a happy boy, fun-loving and with a confident outgoing personality. He will frequently jump on you and this would be one of the first issues to address in much-needed obedience classes. Parker needs a family or person to adopt him who would give plenty of daily exercise, playtime and enrichment. These things, coupled with manners training and a commitment to invest in helping him adjust and fit in with his new people, would doubtless pay off in his becoming a loyal and devoted family member. He's friendly, affectionate and a-ok with receiving loving attention. He does sit for treats...sort of...but does not take them gently. Add that to the list of items for manners training.
