About Barkley

Barkley is an old man looking for a comfortable home to live out his days. He is still spunky for his age, but he mostly loves to curl up on his bed or next to you on the couch. He lives with 2 bog dogs now, and though he doesn't necessarily love them,, he coexists well. He came to us with some health issues, but has since had a mass removed and a lot of work on his teeth. He is on some pain meds to manage the arthritis. He loves his walks and enjoys little spirited sprints in grassy fields, though his stamina is not very high. He has the chihuahua jitters, but is much bigger than a chihuahua at 18 lbs. He is a sweet guy and so deserving of a comfy home to rest his head and soak up all the love he deserves!
