About Chevy

I'm finding the road to a forever home! Hi there! The name's Chevy, and I was scooped up after being spotted dodging cars. Pretty rattled at first, it didn't take long before I settled nicely into my rescuers' home. I've since been in dog heaven with a soft bed, squeaky toys, lots of hugs and even another dog to play with! One of my favorite things to do is run around the yard and sniff all the new smells. Afterward, I'll come in through the doggy door all on my own. I'm still working on my confidence in new situations, but I'm a smart boy. I'm perfectly potty trained, I don't mind being crated and I am food-motivated. And despite my shyness, I don't have a mean bone in my body according to my foster family! I love back scratches and giving kisses. I'm also a huuuge cuddler and will wait for you on the sofa so we can watch all our favorite shows together. Now, as an Australian Cattle Dog/Corgi mix, I may benefit from daily exercise and training. Both of my breeds enjoy having a job to do, and I would certainly appreciate an adopter who can expose me to new situations and help me find my purpose!
