Suni is available for free medical for life and our paid foster program. Beautiful Suni spent years living in poor conditions behind a church until a caring neighbor called humane enforcement. Her former guardian agreed to surrender her to West Valley LA Shelter where she stayed until becoming a Frosted Face on January 9, 2022. Suni is 11 years old, weighs 80 lbs., and thinks she is a lap dog! Every ounce of her loves people! She also loves playing with toys, being brushed, and having her head scratched. She is back onsite after months in two foster homes where she proved what a wonderful, loving companion she is. Suni is ready for her forever home! Thanks to two wonderful Foster families, we have learned a lot about what Suni is like in a home environment. Suni has flourished being loved and spoiled as a family member for the first time in so long, possibly ever! Her first Foster family describes Suni as 'so full of love, a chill, yet faithful and involved people dog ' who likes to be in whatever room you are in just to be near you. She faithfully waited by the door for her favorite person (her foster dad), and then greeted him by leaning in for head scratches. Suni LOVES to romp and play, and acts younger than her years. She also enjoys going for walks and on hikes and has good leash manners.
