His owner is our next door neighbor, who was in a motorcycle accident 3 years ago and is a quadriplegic now and has been mostly in the VA hospital and is now in an adult care facility and has no one at home to take care of him. We have been taking care of him off and on, and now take care of him 100% by visiting his house a few times a day. We have cats so he can't live with us. He is so lonely and needs a loving home.
