About Poet

Meet your new personal trainer and road trip companio Poet! He's an active dog so he would need to go to a home with the backyard. If he could run around all day or his human be into running or hiking, he would be the happiest boy ever. He's currently being fostered in Los Angeles, California in a condo and it's not working out because he just needs more exercise, a short walk to be let out to go potty. He's very affectionate and curious and loves car rides is the most calm and content during a car ride so if you like going on road trips or want your best friend next to you he's your guy. He has not been tested around small children, so I'm not sure if he's kid friendly or not , we rescued him along with his sister and he does not do well with her which makes me think he should be in a home where he is the only animal. He loves giving kisses, laying on the couch, and just hanging out with his human. He's activity starved so he would do best with someone who will provide the physical activity he needs
