Eligible for $100 reduction in Adoption Fee! Calloway is a beautiful, shy girl who came to GOFAR in fall 2022. She was a stray in Miami and thankfully was trapped before coming to the rescue. She was pretty shut down, as she had no human interaction at all. It has taken her a while to come out of her shell and trust people, which is understandable. Through a lot of work with our wonderful volunteers, Calloway is now ready to find her forever home. Calloway's perfect family would be a household on the quieter side with humans who will allow her time to gain their trust and understands that it may take a bit for her to show her true personality. Calloway gets along well with other dogs, and a dog friend may help her adjust quicker to her new environment. Calloway is a smaller shepherd mix (maybe some Plott hound), just under 2 years old and weights about 35 pounds. Her adoption fee is $300, but my approved adopter will currently get a $100 reduction in fee thanks to the 2023 Kia Pet Adoption Grant! Her fee covers up-to-date vaccines, vet exam, spay, microchip, deworming, heartworm test (negative) and lots of TLC provided at GOFAR.
