Very loyal to family. Barks aggressively when people pull up to the house. Could possibly nip. But once he gets to know you, he is fine. He wants to please you. And can be loving. He is not friendly towards male dogs. He's been around livestock Cats chickens. But I would not leave alone with them. He also was diagnosed with pannus this spring
