About Arlo

This amazing boy needs more than we can give him. Of any dog I've ever worked with or been around his resilience is unmatched. He only has two fears, pedicures and lemons. He loves life and loves love. He truly deserves the world. He needs to be rehomed with an experienced ACD owner, other than that I believe he would thrive in any environment. His DNA test concluded ACD/Australian Shepherd/Lab, and he will be two in September. He came to us as a 3 month old foster from Arkansas. We didn't know his breed, only knew that a truck was on it's way with plenty of dogs who needed fosters. The second I saw him I knew he was heeler and thought, OH BOY! This all happened two months after my service dog passed and we only had a week to decide on adoption, we chose to adopt and quickly learned just how heeler this guy is - WOW! We have tried a lot for him during the past year+ & though we have space, time and experience, we don't have the space, time and experience that HE needs and deserves.
