American Staffordshire Terrier

Urgent update: they have been put on the Yellow List !!!! These sweet girls are struggling and are being placed on yellow alert because they need more out-of-kennel enrichment and socialization with people and other pets. If they continue to decompensate or significantly worsen may be placed on Red Alert & be euthanized!!!! These sweet sisters are a bonded pair & co-dependent of each other. They were found as strays and clearly used for breeding. They were overbred to the point where milk was just pouring out of them & no puppies in sight . Both girls have now been spayed. Had minor medicals, but are doing great now and recovered they're looking for their forever home even after humans have failed him. They're still so sweet. %BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BC Hope #A2070217 Grace #A2070216 Both are located in the same kennel. These sweet girls went thru hell and then they were discarded like trash. Dogs had medical which included diarrhea, malnourished, and fresh and old wounds all around their necks and bodies.so you know these two girls were forced to be pushing out puppies till they were of no use and then dumped. They Dont show any signs of aggressiveness. I believe they are sisters from the same litter themselves as they are just about identical. They both hide in the back of the kennel, one on top of the other, but love to go on walks & love to go out into the yard and stretch their legs. We finally got tail wags out of both of them and they did interact with two other dogs on the other side of the fence. they are super sweet and loving in the yard. They like treats , being next to humans they have been around both men and women with no issue whatsoever. The goal with these two sisters is to get them adopted together, or rescued together. If you'd love to see these girls, they have been in the shelter since February 2023, and are available for adoption or rescue %BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BC%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BCat East valley Shelter. 818-756-9323
