About Lucky

Lucky aka TJ is a 7 year old, 6 pound yorkie looking for a forever home. Yes he is handsome, yes he is sweet, but Lucky isn't so lucky because he does have epilepsy. Epilepsy or seizures have plagued him for many years, and he did have 1 seizure while in rescue likely due to the health issues he was dealing with. Lucky is on 2 antiseizure medications and thriving now that he is all fixed up! The medications are not very costly, but he does need a dose every 8 hours so a new family must be able to accommodate his medication regimen. Thankfully his seizure activity is mild when he has them and labeled as tonic clonic meaning a safe environment when unsupervised is also necessary. Lucky is house trained, crate trained, leash trained, and loves to play. He gets along with everyone he meets and enjoys snuggling his furry foster siblings.
