URGENT ADOPTER OR FOSTER NEEDED: Hi, I'm Piper and I'm in a CRITICAL situation. Somewhere along the way I had an owner but they abandoned me and now I have nowhere to go. I'm a Shepherd/Collie mix and I'm fully grown at 49 pounds which makes me the perfect size for an adopter who is looking for a medium size pooch. I'm between 2 I'm house trained, crate trained and very well behaved. I'm a happy-go-lucky, smart and happy girl. I love every person and every dog I meet. I'm an all around great pup.
