About Porter

We are looking for a loving home for our wonderful 5-year-old black lab, Porter. This has not been an easy decision for us but, over the past few years, he has become increasingly more aggressive with our other dog. We are worried for their safety and are worried porters quality of life with us is not what it would be if he were in a home without other dogs. After consulting with a few specialists, it seems he may have some jealousy issues with our other dog that are intensifying. We believe Porter would benefit from a loving home where he is the only pet. Porter is extremely sweet otherwise. He listens very well and is very loving with humans. He loves cuddling and being active but is not hyper. He is very happy to cuddle on the couch or just lie around any day. He does not have other behavior issues or health issues and is not anxious or needy. He is a very good dog who listens well. We are looking for someone who can provide him with plenty of exercise, attention, and love. We will be pretty selective where he goes as we really want him to goto a good home. ��%BD'� 5 years old ��%BD'� Fully vaccinated, no health issues ��%BD'� House and kennel trained. Porter has lived in apartments and houses and has done well in both ��%BD'� Loves being outside! ��%BD'� Basic obedience trained ��%BD'� Has been around children and has not shown aggression (though we don't have kids) ***needs to go to a home where he is the only pet***
