Found young dark brown pitbull or mix dog at Texas City dike. I have posted flyers, on Facebook, nextdoor, paw boost and rescue groups. He is not chipped or neutered. ISO owners ASAP or I have no other choice but to surrender him to the pound. He is very sweet and has to be someone pet.
