The sweetest girl ever! She listens well, loves being brushed and laying right next to you. She loved my boyfriend and I, but was likely abused by her previous male owner and tends to bark at men when we see them, a gentle introduction would be necessary. She is potty trained, loves to give paw, she can be stubborn with sits but eventually does, she walks great on the leash (mostly right next to you). Background: What little background we have on her, she was adopted from the shelter last March and the owners left her in the parking lot of the shelter a couple weeks ago. She was extremely malnourished. She is non reactive to other dogs on walks, we are unaware how she plays with other dogs. She saw a dog through the fence at the dog park who was very high energy and made it seem like she wanted to play but we wanted a more gentle introduction. We can meet up at a park to see how dogs interact before adoption. She seems to have some separation anxiety that may or may not diminish with long-term care. We have had her for a week and she will cry when me or my boyfriend are not around. We think finding her forever home ASAP will be most beneficial so she doesn't get comfortable and then taken where she feels comfortable again. We think she would do well with another dog at home or a pawrent that works from home for that reason.
