He's been confiscated from that condition and brought up by an awesome rescue to NYC to help find him a home he deserves. He is still sitting in a kennel waiting for his day to come to walk out and get in his mommy's or daddy's car and drive away or even sometime they get on a big bus to go to their forever home he would t mind either one he just wants to be loved.
