About Koda

We have had Koda for 2.5 years. She is a good dog but very dominant to other female dogs (especially our golden retriever of about the same age). They have gotten into it about every 6 months and we have to let her go to another home. She is very protective and has nipped at several people who have been in the house several times. We just cannot keep her any longer. She was posted as available about a year ago and we decided to keep her but they got into again and, although it is a painful decision, we have to either let Koda go to another home or put her down. She needs room to play (we have 1.5 acres) and only needs love (and no other female dogs in the house). We are hoping one of the people who responded to our fall 2022 post are still in want of a German Shepard.
