About Alex

Alex is a handsome, 7 year old, 15 pound, low-riding Pomeranian mix. ��%BD%A0He loves to give kisses and follows his foster mom around to make sure he doesn't miss out on anything. He loves car rides and having the wind blow through his hair. ��%BD%A0 Alex walks well on a leash and hasn't balked at going new places or experiencing new things. ��%BD%A0He's truly a confident little fella. Alex gets along well with other dogs, not tested with cats but he doesn't seem to have much of a prey drive. ��%BD%A0He is very food motivated for any training you may want to do. Due to his being affected by Cushings disease he does drink and urinate quite a bit. He will come with several belly bands so there's no leaks. ��%BD%A0Alex does take one pill a day for the Cushings to help with his symptoms.��%BD%A0Alex sleeps well in a dog bed but goes bananas in a crate no matter how much positive reinforcement he receives. ��%BD%A0He would be great for anyone looking for a low-energy, friendly companion.
