I am 2 year old Philip with the cutest black and white face. Am I Phantom of the Opera or KISS? I came here as a stray so not a lot is known about my past. The shelter staff say I am super friendly and are suckers for my nudging them to brush me. I love brushing and scratches. I also love stuffy soft toys. I toss them in the air. I am UTD on shots and getting HW treatment. Animal Welfare League will give you a certificate towards my neuter.
