About Cooper

Cooper was found years ago so his breed and age are our best guess. He is approximately 9-10 years old. We celebrate his birthday as August 8th 2013. He weighs 65lbs and is 22-27' tall (depending if you measure to his back or head). Cooper is a very smart, loving and connected dog. He loves to be in contact with people. He loves to curl up on furniture. He does well/is excited to go in the car and is great on road trips. He will get excited when he knows he's close to the destination. He prefers not to be left alone. He does experience occasional separation anxiety common with the breed. He also does not enjoy very loud explosions like fireworks (calming treats and hugs help). He has basic training ('sit', 'stay', 'O.K', etc) but could benefit from more/will probably need more with this transition. It's very hard to summarize a pet in a short description, so we are happy to share more/answer any questions to those interested. We love Cooper very much and only want the best for him. *** Cooper currently eats 'Zignature Zssential' 1-1.5 cups twice a day (morning/evening). He has also had 'Farmers Dog' and loved it!
