About Samoa

Samoa came in with a group of dogs who had been severely neglected and attention deprived by their previous owner. For that reason, Samoa is very shy and doesn't know how to be a normal dog. She desperately craves to be loved, but is easily frightened. She has come around quite a bit since being at the shelter and we would love to see her go to a home that will give her the love she deserves after awaiting it for so long. Samoa is around a year old and weighs 40 pounds. She has received her first round of vaccinations and is heartworm negative.
