About Luna has till 10/27!

LUNA #A1874718 Animals in our care are struggling and are being placed on yellow alert because they need more out-of-kennel enrichment and socialization with people and other pets. These pets are available for adoption and foster through LAAS, but they are decompensating emotionally and physically. Long-term sheltering is not an option for these pets without significant improvement in their emotional and physical well-being. Please help LUNA! Sweet girl who is a bit anxious and timid in the shelter. She's too thin. Based on her ID number, she's been in the shelter system prior to being turned in early May. Behavior Notes 5/20/23 Luna was easy to leash and walk to the yard. She was slightly interested in interacting but mostly sniffed around. The yard was needed so we then walked her in the back parking lot, where she did pull a bit. Coming back in, Luna was easy to walk through the kennel area and unleash 5/14/23 Luna is new to the shelter and still pretty nervous. She was easy to leash and take to the yard, where she trotted around and marked several areas. She didn`t want to sit or even listen to me at first. Eventually I sat down and she came over for scratches, which was our only real interaction. The rest of the time she was wandering and marking.
