About Luna

Luna is very sweet and extremely loyal shepherd mix that TRACS adopted out a year ago. She loves her people and specifically her person. She knows all the basic commands: sit, stay, come, down, off. She is very intelligent and easy to train and is great on a leash. She is good with cats and decent with small dogs and has not shown any aggression to other dogs unless she feels they are a danger to her favorite person and owner, which has happened. Thus we think she might be better as an only dog in a home so that she does not have to compete for love. She likes people a lot but is shy around new ones at first. And she is somewhat uncomfortable around teenage boys. (who isnt??) She may run and hide from them! This girl would love a quiet home and a comfy carpet to lie on.. and she loves her food! She loves the outdoors too. We are trying to rehome her from her current home to another home so she is not at the shelter. We would love to have applications for her and have her seen at her home for adoption. All medical is done and up to date. her fee for adoption is $150 but we are totally negotiable on that to the right home.
