About Evie

Meet your new BFF, Evie! Sweet as can be and cute as a button at only 8 lbs. If you're looking for a fiercely loyal sidekick, this is the dog for you. Evie loves affection and wants to be with her people 24/7. Someone who is retired or works from home is needed for this little sprite. She will reward you with kisses and cuddles, and then ask for belly rubs in return. Evie is only 4 years old and is very energetic and athletic, so a family with kids would be great. She does have a high prey drive so definitely no cats or small animals in the home, unfortunately. Evie will need a home with a securely fenced in yard just in case she finds a squirrel a bit too tempting. Evie is currently living with another small dog and gets along with him fine, they've even started playing together! Evie is heartworm negative and up to date on all her vaccines and flea/heartworm preventative. She has an appointment scheduled in July for her spay surgery so an adopter local to Charlotte is a must.
