About Payacito and Chiquita

Sadly these 2 pups lost their dad to cancer and when his family came to clear out his house, they weren't going to take his beloved dogs. They were just going to throw them out into the street to fend for themselves. Chiquita and Payacito have never known cruelty and are incredibly sweet dogs, oh, as an aside, they're bilingual. They are 4.5 years old so perfect age! They are housebroken and have been working on learning the leash and have very nice house manners. Fortunately a friend of their human dad took them in and has agreed to foster them. We would prefer that they get adopted as a pair as they are very close. Chiquita and Payacito are sweet, loving dogs and deserve a loving home. They are adjusting to their new feline friends but it might take work to integrate them into another cat home. They are Chihuahua/Terrier mix and are black, tan, and white. Chiquita looks like a Chihuahua but Payacito is fully a mix of both parents, with a square body, curly hair that stands up all over his body and he has a Chihuahua face (cute!). Posted adoption fee is for them as a pair. They are fostering in Florence but foster is willing to drive within a reasonable distance to meet. They will be adoption ready by 7/24/23.
