About Mario

Mario is a little Yorkie boy weighing only 6.2 pounds. He is 5 years old and is being fostered in Palm Coast, FL. Updated bio 10/21/23: Hi, Mario here. I am a 5 year old little boy that weighs a little over 6lbs. I am a bit timid and hand shy. I have a very high prey instinct and I love being outdoors running in the backyard chasing squirrels and lizards with other pups in the family. I do have a lot of energy, so I really enjoy my supervised outdoor time. My foster mommy never leaves us alone when we are outside though. I also love going for a car ride and seeing new places. I want to be with my person and I like to keep her in my sight at all times. I can be a bit loud as I like to bark, but it is just me being happy. I can be a bit Alpha at first while trying to find my place in the home and with other pups. I prefer female pups my size to males. I do require a lot of potty breaks or I might have accidents in the house. This is why it is preferred that I have a stay at home mommy or daddy, so I can have frequent outdoor potty time. My furever home needs to have a fenced backyard so I can run around and preferably another pup my age and size for companionship as well as at least one stay at home mommy or daddy because I don't like being left alone all day long and I do need those potty breaks!
