Hi. We found two Catahoula mix puppies, male and female siblings, around 8 months old dumped near our home in Dallas last Tuesday. We took them to the vet to check for chips, but they are not chipped. Also, no collars. We posted on neighborhood social media sites about lost dogs, but no one has claimed them or has shown interest in taking them. They are friendly, well-behaved, house and crate trained. They can also use dog door. We have two big rescues already (pitbull and husky), and the pitbull is very dog-aggressive. We have to keep the puppies separated from our dogs which is difficult and super stressful on all the dogs. We have contacted many rescues and no-kill shelters, but everyone is over capacity and cannot help. Both puppies have had vaccines, heartworm and fecal tests, and heartworm prevention. They do not have heartworms or intestinal parasites. They are currently on Simparica Trio. The male weighs 45 pounds, and the female is 40 pounds. Both are in great health. We are willing to drive almost anywhere to find these puppies a safe space. We are also willing to donate $1,000.00 to your organization if you can help us out. I can send more pictures and proof of vaccines and tests upon request. Thanks for your time.
