About Rex

A 10 month old red heeler/cattle dog mix. His life started off a bit rough, he was found wondering the streets and surviving by eating trash. Since he has been with the rescue he has grown and learned so much. He is a very happy dog, he walks around with a toy in his mouth, very proud and wants to show you what he's got in exchange for some love and attention. He is a big thick strong boy that loves to run, play and hide bones or treats in the yard. He is potty trained and dog door trained. He loves to cuddle and loves to be loved on. He will do great as your only best friend or with bigger dogs. No small animals. He does love to get exercise so a big yard is ideal. His cute little face and adorable ears will get you every time. We open feed and he does not over eat, he waits his turn for treats and is very gentle when he takes them from your hand.
