About Sara

Meet Sara Sara comes to us from Duplin County Animal Services and as we look at her sweet face, we're still trying to figure out her breed(s). If we combine a little Corgi, a smidgeon of Australian Cattle Dog, a touch of husky, and a trace of Carolina Dog, we might be in the ballpark or we may need to go back to the drawing board! What we do know is that Sara is about 2 years old and 45 pounds. She is fully vaccinated, dewormed and will be spayed as soon as possible. She's not very large but has so much charm and charisma packed into her small frame! She has learned how to be very engaging at a young age. If you meet her, you will love her! She is eager to please her humans and enjoy the world that she has just begun to explore! Sara is gentle and affectionate, although a little shy when first meeting strangers. If you earn her trust, though, she will be loyal to the end and would love to have her own family with whom she can share life's adventures. Sara enjoys the company of other dogs and would welcome a nice fenced yard to romp and play in with her canine chums. All in all, Sara is a great companion for humans and dogs alike!
