Fully vetted on heartworm prevention and just wants to be someone's lap baby . She's around 40 lbs and never meets a stranger . Leash trained and loves to ride !Cissy is the best dog very smart and never messes inside . She has been at the shelter 8 months . Please give her a change to prove what a good pet she is .
